The programme is designed to go beyond instruction, psychometrics and traditional learning strategies. It is a residential and experiential programme that combines approaches from psychology, self-development and executive coaching.

Dr. Andrew McDowell is a psychologist, coach and leadership professional with more than 25 years' experience maximising the performance of individuals and organisations. The focus of his work is driving change within complex systems and supporting leaders to express more of themselves. He is highly experienced in working with international organisations, public-sector clients, environmental agencies and educational organisations. With a PhD in psychology, he is also a faculty member in several university-level coach training and conflict resolution programmes in Europe.
Tamara Hofman is an international executive coach specialised in leadership transitions. She works with leaders who work in multi-cultural environments and are facing either personal or business changes. She has a curious mindset and a strong drive to find meaningful insights. When working with leaders, Tamara aims to create awareness and choice around what leader they want to be and what organisational culture they want to create while working on the different dynamics involved in personal, cultural and organisational change.
Dr. Stefan Fothe is a guide for leaders who navigate transformational change for themselves and their organisations. Working with individuals, teams and organisations across industries and sectors, he focuses on creating space and enabling people to use it meaningfully and effectively. In particular, he helps his clients consider the human side of change – an essential consideration to make anything work in today’s complexity. Stefan has transformed several times himself: from an academic in the area of instructional design to a learning leader within a large management consultancy to being the founder of Ownity.
